Tyler Smith

Tyler Smith is a motivated and dedicated dancer who has been training in dance ever since he was 5 years old. He has been training with Vladʼs Dance Company for the past 7 years and has been working hard to strive towards his goal of becoming a versatile and captivating dancer. He has been training in multiple different styles including Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Acro, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Modern, Musical Theatre, as well as partnering, and has been working on his style, as well as acting and technique to become the best dancer he can be. Tyler also attended Cardinal Carter Academy For The Arts where he trained specifically in Modern and Ballet for 4 years and graduated from that program successfully.

Tyler has achieved many things over the years as he trained to be the dancer he is today. He has placed within the top 10 teen and senior male best dancer category for the past 5 years in a row at The Dance Awards. He has also won VIP scholarships from Jump and Nuvo at many of their touring cities as he attended their conventions annually.

Tyler has also participated in many shows including working with Bridge To Artists for the past 7 years which is a professional dance company where he gets to work on his artistry as a dancer and to further his acting abilities as well as being able to work with professional dancers within the industry to gain knowledge and inspiration from them. Tyler has also taken part in On the Floorʼs Sick Kids Gala for the past 4 years which is a volunteer-based fundraiser that supports the Sick Kids hospital. He has also got the chance to work with many famous choreographers such as Mia Michaels, Talia Favia, Chaz Buzan, Teddy Forance, Travis Wall, and much more which he is more than grateful for every one of those experiences he has gotten to be a part of.

Tyler continues to work on his artistry and talent each and everyday, and he is excited to see what his future will hold for him in the upcoming years.
