In July of 2018, Jaiden had the opportunity to attend Kairos Pro Dance Prep, a hand-picked professional based training intensive by Jackie Sleight and Christian Vincent, where she trained under Dexter Carr, Aisha Francis, Liz Imperio, Ryan Heffington, and many more credited choreographers and professionals within the industry.

She has also won multiple awards for her choreography within Canada and the USA, and her most notable one was co-choreographing and dancing for the Canadian Mental Health Gala in 2017. She continues to choreograph as this is one of her biggest passions alongside dancing and teaching.
For the past 3 years, Jaiden has been a professional assistant for an American dance company called “LA Dance Magic”. She was one of eight who was hand-picked to be a part of the company by Jackie Sleight. Jaiden travels all across the United States assisting the prestigious staff: Scott Fowler, Christian Vincent, Will Thomas, Sienna Lyons, Albert Cattafi, Brandon Leffler, Jason Bernard, Tanner Clark, Julie Kay Stallcup, and Dave Carter. Here is where she trains in all areas of dance from A-List choreographers, learn the behind the scenes of production, and gain the knowledge and education of the business aspect of the entertainment industry.
Jaiden’s philosophy as an artist is to continue to learn and grow into the best version of themselves through handwork, dedication, tenacity, and passion!
