Zack’s love for performing and dance started at a very young age, performing scenes from Barney the Dinosaur and Annie when he was 3 with his older brother. His parents signed him up for a jazz dance class at age 5 and he was competing by age 6. He is now 11 years old and part of an award winning Dance Company in Aldergrove BC. He currently competes in many genres including jazz, tap, ballet, contemporary, lyrical, stage and hip hop.
Away from the studio, Zack enjoys participating in all kinds of athletics including cross country running and track and field at his school. He also is a movie buff and enjoys watching movies in his spare time. Other activities he enjoys are reading, hanging out with his friends skateboarding, playing basketball, and listening to music.
Zack is often described as a very dedicated and committed kid with a strong work ethic who never gives up. He currently trains 5-6 days a week in preparation for pursuing his dream of a career in dance. He is so excited about joining Melissa at da Costa and can’t wait to experience any opportunities are fortunate enough to come his way.
