Vanessa Paixao is 11 years old and from Montreal, Quebec. Vanessa is passionate and driven when it comes to all that has to do with dancing, acting, and singing. She strives to learn new things, loves to be pushed out of her comfort zone, and has a passion for performing, whether it be on a stage, in front of a camera, or even just a small room filled with family. Vanessa started dancing & singing at the early age of 3 and has not slowed down since.

Vanessa exudes positivity and her energy spills onto anyone that is around her. She is a quick learner and picks up direction and choreography quickly. Vanessa’s sense of humor, passion, and enthusiasm is contagious, and she is a vibrant, intelligent, and loveable girl that if given the chance will never stop surprising you.

Vanessa is a competitive dancer at L’academie de danse de Montreal, and she trains in hip hop, contemporary, jazz, lyrical, ballet, and acro, and she loves to create her own choreography. Vanessa won a full winter intensive scholarship to Broadway Dance Center New York in 2019 at the Hit the Floor Convention; it was awarded to her by Candace Brown, the acclaimed NYC Choreographer. Vanessa also won Best Video – for a dance video she created with Jose Flores at the Zensa Media International Film Festival in November 2021. Vanessa was also featured on Global News as one of “Montreal’s Next Rising Stars in 2021”.

In Vanessa’s spare time she enjoys making TikToks, facetiming with friends, writing songs, and all things fashion/shopping.
