Taylor James

Taylor James has become an internationally recognized choreographer and performer since moving to Los Angeles over a decade ago. His skills and versatility quickly established him as one the top dancers and choreographers in the industry. Since moving to Los Angeles he has had the privilege to dance and choreograph for many of the industries biggest singers and performers including Dua Lipa, Jennifer Lopez, Katy Perry, MUNA, Madison Beer, Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Timberlake, Beyonce, Usher, and Michael Jackson. While living in Canada he competed on season 2 of So You Think You Can Dance Canada, and returned for seasons 3 and 4 as an Associate Choreographer.

His credits include featured roles in films such as The Greatest Showman, Lyle Lyle Crocodile, A Simple Favor and Disney’s Descendants 1 & 3. His choreography can be seen in the promotional commercial for Oscars starring Ellen Degeneres as well as in the feature film A Simple Favor directed by Paul Feig. He has also choreographed national commercials for Victoria’s Secret, Truly Hard Seltzer, and Cox Cable.

His skills aren’t limited to dance! Taylor is also an accomplished photographer and director. He just finished writing and directing his first comedy short film “ILY, BYE” starring Megan Stalter (HBO Hacks), Kanoa Goo (The Rookie), Rainn Wilson and Bennito Skinner. Taylor has also directed music videos for artists like Jason Mraz, MUNA and Ariana Grande as well as commercials for clients such as Jimmy Choo, Pacifica Beauty, Naturium, Face Gym and more.
