Tanya has branched into the corporate world, working on a performance of Thriller for a Halloween gathering with Compass. Tanya made her international choreography debut working as not only the choreographer, but the creative director of Danny Fernande’s Dear Life Tour that travelled to venues all across China! Most recently, Tanya was hired to work as movement coordinator on the new Amazon Prime series Them: Covenant filmed in Los Angeles.

On top of her extensive experience in dance and choreography, Tanya completed an Honours Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University. She is also the Co-Owner/Director of the new solo dance event Battle of the Next Generation, designed to provide young, aspiring dancers with the knowledge, experience, and opportunities they need to break into the professional dance industry. She then created the company Education of the Next Generation, which works within the school boards to educate and inspire students and teachers through curriculum-based dance workshops. Through it all, she has gained plenty of knowledge with the many work opportunities and experiences she has had over her years in the industry. She is excited to continue expanding her choreography on both a local and international level!
