Sofia Chouzouris

Sofia enjoys entertaining her friends and family by performing in dance recitals and singing/acting in school productions. She is an avid pianist with a strong interest in pop music. She is also an accomplished artist and has painted several pieces that she sold locally. Her passion for the arts is especially evident when she is in her studio, pushing her creative limits on the canvas.

Currently, Sofia is taking private animation voice acting lessons with the prestigious Kim Hurdon. She loves to transform her voice into unique characters that are fun yet challenging. This valuable training has also helped with her successful YouTube channel, “Sofia’s Craft Corner”, where she voices, produces and edits craft/art videos.

Sofia has appeared in various television shows including “The Handmaid’s Tale”, “Dino Dana” and “Murdoch Mysteries”. She thrives in the production environment and looks forward to being on set once again.

During our annual family vacation to the Turks and Caicos, Sofia shines as a volunteer with the Kid’s Club. She loves meeting new people, and is an asset to any social situation. Her warm, enthusiastic personality not only puts others at ease, it also makes others want to get involved and have fun.

Sofia is actively involved in charity work, volunteering for The Daily Bread Food Bank, CTV Toy Mountain and our local women’s shelter. Recently, she taught her grade 5 class how to knit scarves so that each of her classmates could donate a handmade scarf to the homeless.

When she is not creating art, dancing, making videos, volunteering or crafting, Sofia loves to shoot hoops with her older brother and go for long bike rides with her best friend. She also enjoys cuddling up to her adorable King Charles Spaniel puppy, Ozzie.
