“Without music, life would be a mistake.”
– Friedrich Nietzsche

Born and raised in Vancouver, Seiji grew a love for performing for people. Throughout his life, Seiji has been surrounded by music. While in school, he studied and learnt how to play various instruments such as the trombone, alto and tenor saxophone, ukelele, and drum set. In his spare time, Seiji attempts to learn more practical instruments such as the guitar and piano.

Aside from instruments, Seiji also has a passion for singing. He has performed at community events and charity concerts around the tri-cities, and has beat-boxed for a UBC a cappella group.

Seiji began acting in middle school where he performed in small annual drama productions and musicals. It wasn’t until 2012 that he landed his first national commercial for Gillette titled How to Shave Japan. From then on, Seiji loved the environment and the feeling of being on set and in front of the camera.

As he continues his career in acting, Seiji hopes to be able to balance his acting career and still have time to enjoy his passion for music.
