Sara Hinding is a passionate and driven performer who hails from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario but now calls Toronto home. Growing up, she trained extensively in multiple styles of dance under the guidance of Richard Kim and Matthew Caruso. She was very blessed with many competition and performance opportunities growing up and used them as tools for growth as a performer and a person. During her time in the competition world, she received many awards of recognition and also ranked extremely well within the Royal Academy of Dance Examination system and finished with earning her Advanced 1 certificate with Distinction. 

Upon graduating high school, Sara was accepted into the prestigious Musical Theatre Dance Program at The School at Jacob’s Pillow. She was fortunate enough to learn from and work with industry professionals such as Chet Walker, Andy Blankenbuehler, Peggy Hickey, and also workshopped a new piece led by Stephen Schwartz. 

From there, she continued to pursue her studies in Musical Theatre at the Randolph Academy for the Performing Arts where she graduated with the highest overall academic average receiving the Governor General’s Award. Sara is eager to continue her career as a performer and is excited for the opportunities that are still to come.
