Raylene Harewood was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She developed a love for acting as a hobby at the age of 12 and began taking classes for fun. After landing the part of “Lil Inez” in Hairspray at Rainbow Stage, her first professional production, she knew she needed to pursue acting as a career.

Raylene moved to Vancouver in 2014 to begin studying acting at Studio 58. She completed the program and has been living here in Vancouver ever since.

In the past few years, Raylene has worked on shows such as The Magicians, Supernatural, Lucifer and iZombie. Her film work includes The Edge of Seventeen, Motivated Seller and Pond Illusion (Short). Select theatre credits include “Anna” in The Hunger Room (Staircase Theatre), “Cressida” in Troilus and Cressida, “Hannah Pitt” in Angels in America PART ONE: Millennium Approaches, “Jill” in The Crowd (Studio 58), “Lydia Bennet” in Pride and Prejudice (The Arts Club Theatre Company).
