Merewyn Comeau is a graduate of Capilano University’s Musical Theatre program, and lives and works on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, & Tsleil-Waututh peoples, in Vancouver, B.C.

Select credits include: Th’owxiya: The Hungry Feast Dish (Axis Theatre), Elephant and Piggie’s “We Are in a Play!” (Carousel Theatre), Les Filles du Roi (Urban Ink/Fugue Theatre), and Sedna (Urban Ink/Caravan Farm Theatre).

Identifying as Western European settler with mixed Indigenous descent, reconnecting with her ancestry is a transformative journey that continues to challenge, shape and heal her. This reclamation is ongoing and one she wishes to honour; continuing to listen, learn and seek answers.
