Malaya Di Monte

Malaya Di Monte (she/her) is a fierce young dancer that has won the hearts of many over the years while competing. This brilliant dancer began her journey at the early age of 2 Currently she trains at Art and Soul Dance Company in Kleinburg and specializes in multiple genres. This includes Hip Hop, Acro, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, Modern and Ballet.

While competing Malaya has won numerous titles and overall awards all over North America from The Dance Awards, Jump, Nuvo, 24/Seven, Hall of Fame, Fever, Be Dance, Candance, The Knock out Challenge and Terpsichore. Malaya has also been fortunate to take master cylasses from top industry choreographers such as Travis Wall, Randi and Hefa, Misha Gabriel, Tyce Diorio, Will Loftis, Ray Leeper, Hani Abaza and Akira Uchida just to name a few. In addition to her dance training, she continues to grow and strengthen her craft as a performer by taking acting lessons at Armstrong studios. In the film industry Malaya was fortunate to have a part as a dancer in a Disney Movie called Mathinated.

Outside of dance and film Malaya is an A plus student that enjoys Cross Country, Track and Field, Volley Ball and Swimming. She also loves spending time with her family and friends.
