Lachlan Smith

Lachlan was born and raised in Australia on the Gold Coast. At the age of 8, he began his dance journey training in all disciplines and competing at a national level at Dance Force. By 18, Lachlan had completed his certificate IV in dance and received a Diploma in elite performance.

Immediately after graduating he was performing on stage at The Star Hotel and Casino in “The Ultimate Vegas Show” and at The Crown hotel and Casino in “Mystique”. He also had the opportunity to open for Taylor Swift on her RED tour with Guy Sebastian.

At 19, Lachlan started working for Royal Caribbean International as a Dancer/Aerialist and Aerial Co-ordinator commencing in China on the Quantum of the Seas. After his first contract he continued to grow with the company and completed 4 more esteemed contracts with RCCL, broadening his repertoire of ballroom styles, partnering, and reaching audiences all over the world.

Lachlan recently moved to Vancouver, Canada to further his performance career. Since arriving in the city, he has been training intensely in all styles of dance, advancing his skills and physical fitness, and always continuing to strive to his highest potential.
