Originally from Toronto Canada, Kyanna began her dance training at the ripe age of 3 as a student at Joanne Chapman School of Dance.

Kyanna is a recent graduate from the BFA in Commercial Dance program at Pace University in New York City where she continued to train in Pedagogy, Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Acrobatics, Ariel Arts, Lyrical, Theatre, Contemporary as well as Hip Hop. She holds an Associate Teaching Certificate in Stage and Acro with B.A.T.D and is a member of RAD.

Kyanna’s competitive dance career has earned her many awards in Canada and the USA at both the regional and national levels. Post-graduation Kyanna became a Knicks City Dancer when she dances at the World’s most Famous Area week after week. She has danced for recording Artists such as ASAP Ferg and A Boogie with a Hoodie during major production Halftime Shows.

Kyanna’s passion and naturally infectious attitude for dance resonates with her young students. She is thankful for the nurturing, creative and innovative environment teaching has provided which has allowed her to explore and develop her own gifts.
