At 11 years old Khiyla Aynne’s film credits include a Lead role as Trish on Ponysitters Club (2018) season one and two, a Netflix Original Series. Coming in 2019 is Ponysitters Club: Fun at the Fair a full-length feature. Khiyla appeared as Sherry the Time Elf in 48 Christmas Wishes (2017) by Gaumont. As Host, Khiyla taught viewers how to make Cheesy inspired recipes for Cheesy’s Magic Kitchen (2018) on the Family Channel. She was also featured as a Z-Head Correspondent on YTV’s The Zone (2019) for Mucho Marcho Madness. Khiyla was able to showcase her love of music while singing, dancing and playing the ukulele in the Pilot of Ukulele U (2019) for Wow Media.

Khiyla has also appeared in numerous national television commercials for major brands including Hatchimals, Cool Maker, Spin Master, Triangle by Canadian Tire and Planet Hollywood Beach Resort Costa Rica. Khiyla loves to travel and was very fortunate for the opportunity to visit both Chile and Costa Rica to film.

Khiyla’s most memorable dance performance to date was when she performed as a Featured Guest on the Ellen DeGeneres Show (2017). Khiyla also performed with Justin Bieber during his song “Children” at the Air Canada Centre for the Purpose World Tour (2016). She has worked with various recording artists in music videos for Hedley, Mr. Vegas and Cardinal Offishall. Khiyla is no stranger to performing for large crowds. During the Toronto Maple Leafs Next Generation hockey game she was a Live In Arena Host for a crowd of 20,000 people.

With a strong sense of compassion Khiyla enjoys giving back to her community. She regularly volunteers her time to read to various types of animals as part of the ADHS Reading Program at her local animal shelter. Khiyla also helped in leading approximately 3000 participants through a warm up stretch for the Opening Ceremony of the Great Camp Adventure Walk to benefit The Hospital for Sick Children. She has had the honour of being the Hostess for the CIBC Run For The Cure Celebrity Serving night at Boston Pizza.

Khiyla aspires to continue her passion to perform as an actress, dancer and choreographer. Her love of animals has guided her plans to pursue a career as a Veterinarian.
