A talented performer and entertainer, Kara genre includes: Acting, Dancing, dance instructing and choreography. With over 17 years in the industry, Kara has trained and performed with some of the best dancers and choreographers the Canadian dance world has to offer. She is locally recognized and respected for her stage and acting abilities with a specialty in Musical Theatre and Song and Dance. Her dance styles include exceptional skills in jazz, ballet, tap and contemporary styles. She has obtained her Royal Academy of Dance Advanced Level Ballet Certificate as well as her Advanced Level Jazz and Tap Certificates with A.D.A.P.T. syllabus. Kara has trained dancers and choreographed pieces at various studios and private schools around Ontario. Her students have won many over-all titles, high scores, and scholarships awards from the most respected dance organizations in North America. Kara has also choreographed for various weddings and private functions in Toronto. She also was the adjudicator at Champions Dance Competition.

As a Triple Threat Performer, her film and television credits include: Bravo Dance Festival, System Crash T.V series (supporting actress), Swap TV, Honda commercial, Yaz commercial, music videos, various international print work, educational promos and National Playtex commercial. Kara recently wrapped with the filming of a new on-line kids game “Philanthrokidz”. Kara had the opportunity to sail the seas on Carnival Cruise Lines as a performer and dance instructor. Most recently, Kara had the honor of meeting and performing for Queen Elizabeth II and the Royal Duke of Edinburgh at the International G20 summit held in Toronto. Kara graduated from Ryerson University in June 2010 receiving her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, majoring in Dance. Kara choreographed several pieces in the renowned Ryerson Choreographic Works from 2007-2010. She also produced and choreographed a 20minute segment in the New Voices Festival performed at the Ryerson Theatre.

Kara continues to choreograph and teach at workshops around the GTA and is the choreographer for the Junior and Intermediate competitive teams at the Ontario School of Ballet in Toronto. With her strong stage presence and high level of comedic and dramatic acting value, Kara is ready to relocate and work in a variety of venues in the entertainment industry.
