“If you’re afraid to dive, just dive afraid. Jump afraid, dare to do it and maybe you’ll land.”
– Viola Davis

Born and raised in the small town of Breton, Alberta, Kane took his first dancing steps at the age of four in his mother’s dance studio. Soon he started training in every style he could; hip hop, some of the funk styles, tap, contemporary, lyrical, jazz, ballet, and musical theatre. He spent years training, attending workshops across Canada, and winning scholarships to further his training. Towards the end of high school, Kane moved to Edmonton to broaden his knowledge in all styles of dance. After exploring Los Angeles, he settled in Vancouver to build some roots.

Kane had the unbelievable experience to be chosen to dance on stage with the world renowned artist Janet Jackson when her Unbreakable world tour, choreographed by Gil Duldulao, played in Edmonton. He has also been featured in several different music videos for artists such as Dallas Smith, Elise Estrada, and Amanda Blush. Kane has worked with numerous world renowned choreographers such as Kenny Ortega, Christopher Scott, Tony Testa, John Carrafa, Paul Becker, Kelly Konno, Jeff Mortensen, Louise Hradsky, Mark Samuels and many more.

Kane is also a natural born theater actor. At a young age, Kane started his acting career at Edmonton’s Citadel Theatre in productions of Peter Pan and Oliver Twist. Kane loved this art form so much he decided to continue training in Vancouver with Nadine Wright of ACT2. Kane is currently expanding his acting vocabulary with one of Vancouver’s most prestigious coaches, Andrew McIlroy.

Kane was able to use his acting and dancing skills as a supporting character for the television movie, Center Stage: Dance Camp, directed by Director X. He is also played the lead role of Jimmy in the feature film Hot Street.
