“LIFE isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass…. It’s learning to DANCE in the rain.”
– Vivian Greene

Started at an early age of 3, Julie Anne trained first in ballet and jazz. Her love of dance incited her in taking other genres such as lyrical, contemporary, acro, jazz funk and hip-hop. With her incredible musicality and talent, Julie Anne received many titles such as Triple Threat 2011 in Vegas Nationals, Miss CanDance, Jump VIP, Nuvo Break Out Artist to name a few, plus she was awarded numerous top scholarship awards from various conventions in the US and in Canada.

Spent a year touring with the Pulse on Tour as a voted Advance Elite Protégé at a tender age of 14, she had the privilege to assist the most sought out choreographers in the industry, such as Brian Friedman, Cris Judd, Wade Robson, Dave Scott, Laurieann Gibson, Tessandra Chavez & Brooke Lipton.

Many other famous choreographers such as Bobby Newberry, Blake McGrath, etc. are in contact with her on a regular basis to have her assist their classes. Furthermore, she teaches her own choreography in different studios and choreographed 3 high school musical plays in which she also sang and danced.

No matter where she goes or which classes she takes, Julie Anne always manages to get some recognition. She was casted out of thousands of dancers for the Monsters of Hip Hop Show “Madness & Mayhem” which occurred in the summer of 2014 in Downtown LA.

Tamilia featured in music videos for artists such as Guinevere and Yukon Blonde. She performed in YTV’s The Next Star Super Group Finale and as a back up dancer for Avril Lavigne at the MMVA.

Julie Anne was born to perform; her drive and passion for dance make her stand out in a crowd of dancers. As many choreographers would say, she has “insane” musicality and she’s destined to be an entertainer.
