Elisha Ladeza

ACTRA

Elisha Ladeza is an aspiring performer, based in Toronto. Born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario, Elisha’s passion for performing sparked very early on. Starting with her training in Filipino folk and Hawaiian Hula dancing, her love for performing only grew from there. Singing, dancing and acting came naturally as she performed as Miss Hannigan in the musical Annie – her first musical production.

She would later decide to study Musical Theatre and Performance at St. Clair College in Windsor, Ontario, where she performed in shows such as A Chorus Line (Connie), Working (Roberta), and Rocky Horror Picture Show (Phantom/Dance Captain). Upon graduating, she moved to Toronto where she performed in the 2015 Pan Am Games Opening Ceremony under the direction of Cirque du Soleil and Luther Brown. She ended that summer performing in the Parapan Am Games Opening Ceremony under the direction of Melissa Williams and Paul Becker.

Soon after, she began developing her career by training in more commercial and urban dance styles from various teachers and choreographer across the city. Her training eventually took her to Van Nuys, California where she trained as an apprentice at The Performing Arts Center under the mentorship of Joseph Malone. There, she was able to improve her skills in genres such as Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Tap, as well as Singing and Acting.

Upon returning to Toronto, Elisha has found a new found love for modelling and acting or film/television. After landing a few campaigns and commercials for companies such as The Hudson’s Bay, Acuvue and Walmart, she plans to incorporate more acting into her professional career. Elisha is determined to be as well rounded and versatile as possible, in all aspects. She works hard and is dedicated to becoming a stand-out in the industry.
