– Fred Astaire

Dominique Mailloux is a dancer, singer and aspiring actress born and raised in Vancouver, B.C., Canada. She fell in
love with the performing arts at the young age of 5 years old and has loved being on stage or in front of a
camera ever since. She has trained in ballet, contemporary, jazz, musical theatre and hip hop, with a specialty in many of the street styles such as waacking, popping, locking, and house.

Performing on stage has always been apart of Dominique’s life. She has competed in prestigious
dance competitions locally and internationally either on a dance team, in a duo, or as a soloist. Some of her
most memorable competitions would be Hip Hop International, Bodyrock, Vibe Dance Competition and IDO
Dance Championships in Italy with Team Canada Hip Hop in 2015. Another one of her biggest dance
achievements would be her appearance on World Of Dance Philippines with her duo “Kristique” where they placed
3rd overall in the Junior Division.

Dominique has trained in singing and vocal work for over 10 years. She has participated in singing competitions, local
festivals and was very involved in her school musical productions. Playing Fiona in Shrek The Musical was
one of her favourite roles to play as it allowed her to push her limits and take on the challenge of a lead role.

Performing comes naturally to Dominique and her passion shines through when doing what she loves.
She is very excited to experience new things and learn more about anything and everything that comes her
way.
