Chris Otchere

Chris is performing artist born and raised in Toronto, Canada. Chris competed in soccer, basketball, track and field, volleyball, football and many other sports for much of his formative years. Chris began to dip into his artistic side after auditioning for his middle school’s production of Into The Woods. Later that year, he went on to be apart of the ensemble of Brampton Music Theatre’s production of Hairspray. After those two experiences Chris knew that performance wasn’t just a hobby to him, but something much greater. Chris went on to get into The Etobicoke School of the Arts where he double majored in Musical Theatre and Dance.

During his time at the Etobicoke School of the Arts, Chris was evolved in many clubs and productions. Because of this he had to opportunity to train with incredible instructor in dance, vocals, and acting such as, the late Paul Aikins, Gabby Kamino, Patricia Warnock, David Ambrose, Heather Saum, Sharon Heldt, Colleen Friedman and Mike Weaver. Chris continues training with these instructors as well as up and coming instructors from around the GTA.

Chris is a very hardworking individual who always strives to achieve his goals no matter how big they might be. He believes has so much to offer the world through his artistry and he won’t stop until he has accomplished his goal.
