Cassandra Consiglio (she/her) is a true triple threat born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba. At the age of 3 her parents enrolled her in dance lessons at Ken Peter’s Dance Express where she instantly fell in love with the art. Cassandra became well trained in tap, ballet, jazz, hip hop and musical theatre. At a young age it became very apparent that the stage is where she belongs.

Shortly after Cassandra started competing in dance, her passion expanded to singing and acting. At 13 she landed her first professional show performing in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat at Rainbow Stage. She went on to perform in their productions of Annie, Mary Poppins, The Little Mermaid and was the swing in West Side Story with its original choreography at 18 years old. Cassandra continued to grow her versatile performance resume by recording and performing with Mini Pop Kids and 5 Times Fun. While filming their commercials and music videos, Cassandra discovered her love of being in front of a camera. This led to her landing the creepy recurring role of The Toothchild in the Syfy television series Channel Zero.

After graduating high school, Cassandra became a returning cast member with Disney Cruise Lines. She performed as a lead in their mainstage shows onboard the Disney Dream, Fantasy and Magic, where she also had the opportunity to train in harness work and Spanish Web. Straight from the ocean she jumped back into land life touring with the Western Canadian premier of Matilda the Musical performed at Royal MTC, The Citadel Theatre and The Arts Club Theatre Company. Shortly after returning from tour she returned to Royal MTC to perform her unforgettable role of Joan in Fun Home.

Soon after, Cassandra chose to make a move to Vancouver, BC where she now calls home. She was quickly welcomed into the film, tv and theatre scene in Vancouver. Within the first year of living there she landed the role of Nancy in Schmigadoon! and the singing voice of Lime Chiffon in Strawberry Shortcake. She went on to portray Portia in Something Rotten at Theatre Under the Stars, Helga in Cabaret with Raincity Theatre and the heroine Anne Margaret in the Canadian premier of the play Teenage Dick with The Arts Club and Bard on the Beach.

Next up Cassandra will be playing the role of Alyssa Greene in The Prom with Dry Cold Productions.
