Alyssa Panda

Alyssa Panda is a passionate singer, actor and dancer from Ontario, Canada who believes that the Arts is a safe space for everyone.

In 2016, Alyssa proudly joined the Drayton Entertainment community. Through workshops, Alyssa has been both an active learner and instructional assistant. While on stage, they were a member of the children’s chorus for Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, The Little Mermaid and Wizard of Oz: The Panto. Alyssa also proudly played Enid Hoopes in the Drayton Entertainment Youth Academy inaugural high school production of Legally Blonde.

Alyssa has been an active spokesperson for Drayton and has appeared on CBC Radio, in the Waterloo Chronicle and has had opportunities to take over the Drayton Entertainment Youth Academy instagram. Alyssa has also been a longstanding member of the award winning KW Glee and has performed solos and ensemble pieces for a number of productions including performances with the KW Symphony.

Alyssa began private vocal training at an early age and has received first class honours in their Level 4 Royal Conservatory of Music Exam as well as a Gold Certificate from the Kitchener-Waterloo Kiwanis Music Festival.

On the stage, Alyssa has been involved with the dramatic arts through school groups, Agnew Acting Studio, KW Youth Theatre and Growing in the Arts: School of Dramatic & Expressive Arts.

When performing, Alyssa loves sharing the joy and energy between the stage and audience as the story unfolds and the world is transformed.

Outside of theatre, Alyssa loves escape rooms, problem solving and mystery movies. As well, Alyssa has strong public speaking skills and leadership experience, specifically working with younger kids. Alyssa also enjoys spending time with their family, writing fiction and connecting with like-minded dramatic souls.
