Alexander Panetta is a dancer, recording artist, singer, rapper, and model from Toronto, Canada. He believes that music and dance are great ways for people of any age, especially the youth, to express themselves and be free.

One of the highlights of Alexander’s dance career thus far is when he was chosen out of thousands of submissions to dance on stage with Justin Bieber at his Purpose Tour Concert in Toronto. He performed alongside Justin at the Air Canada Centre in 2016 in front of 31,000 people in attendance. He was the feature of a segment on Global News television leading up to the concert and was interviewed live on the Morning Show on Global television the day after the concert.

Alexander was a member of the Raptors Lil Ballas dance team and danced for the NBA Toronto Raptors for 2 seasons. He performed at the Air Canada Centre to sold out crowds of over 20,000 people. He was also part of a handful of dancers chosen from the dance team to perform at the NBA All Star Game in 2016 which was televised all across North America.

Alexander has appeared on television numerous times in addition to his Global News interviews including Treehouse, TVO Kids, Tiny Talent Time, Mini Pop Kids commercials and Breakfast Television. He was also interviewed live on the radio station G98.7 FM.

Alexander was a member of the Mini Pop Kids. He worked on 2 albums and completed 2 tours with them including a cross-Canada sold out tour. Alexander was in numerous music videos, commercials and television appearances with MPK.

He has performed at a number of venues including the Ontario Liberal Convention at the request of Premier Dalton McGuinty, the Youth Media Awards, the Aroni Awards, the African Entertainment Awards, Youth Day Toronto, Canada’s Walk of Fame, Pan Am Games, the Toronto Starlight Gala, TDOTFEST, Toronto Choreographer’s Ball, and the World Cup of Hockey. In 2017 he was hired by Magen Boys Entertainment and is the youngest entertainer in MBE history to be added to their roster.

Alexander wrote, recorded and released his first EP titled 5X5 which can be streamed on all platforms including Spotify, Apple Music and iTunes. He titled it “5X5” (pronounced “five by five”) because the creation process from start to finish was 5 songs in 5 days. The second meaning that solidified his decision in naming it was because 5X5 also means that the signal has excellent strength and perfect clarity, when talking about radio frequencies. Strength and clarity is something that he tries to manifest with his music. That being said, “5X5” can be streamed on all platforms now.
