An accomplished actor, dancer and singer, Abbey hails from the small town of Humboldt, Saskatchewan. After high school, Abbey attended The Canadian College of Performing Arts, graduating with Honours from their triple threat program. She then made the move to Vancouver, going on to become a member of The Source Dance Company. She continues to actively train in jazz, ballet, tap, hip hop, contemporary, voice and acting.

Abbey has performed across Vancouver with various production companies as a dancer, actor and vocalist. Some select performance credits include “Graziella” in TUTS’ West Side Story, Virgin Atlantic Airlines, “Magique” with Canada’s Got Talent magician Oslen, CHMB Radio’s Solid Gold competition, Hard Rock Casino’s “Christmas at the Rock”, and the 99th Grey Cup with Nickelback.

Commercial credits include Conair, Asus, Del Taco, Mobify Mobile Shopping, Plenty Of Fish.com, Acuvue and Pfizer. Music Video credits include By Starlight’s “Love Me Love Me”, Paige Morgan’s “Never Change” and David Vertesi’s “Waterways” . She has appeared in numerous indie and student films including Elvish Blades, The Lion, Hooked, Artistic Vision, Two Worlds Apart and Square Dance Story. She recently had the pleasure of in acting in the Telus StoryHive web series Tips.

On top of being a performer, Abbey is also a co-founder of the all-female, Vancouver based film & theatre production company, “Sorry Mom & Dad Productions”, whose first film #intimacy is currently being submitted to film festivals across Canada.

When not performing, Abbey can be found teaching dance and musical theatre at studios and theatres across the Greater Vancouver Area, as well as teaching barre fitness at Pure Barre in Kitsilano and Yaletown.
